The candidate will be part of Amilon Business Partnership BU in AMILON IBERIA offices and will be responsible for the management and reinforcing of our business relationship with active partners in the Spanish market via the following activities:

  • Gaining a deep understanding of the Global Gift Card Business with specific focus on the SPANISH market,
  • Defining a partners management and growth business strategy in collaboration with the team and managers,
  • Management of the daily commercial partners request always looking for the best way to solve it with a WIN/WIN solution even if internal negotiations or special requests are needed,
  • Efficient internal communication with different departments in order to manage/give solutions always aligned with the AMILON respective area (Finance, IT, Operations, Orders …)
  • Maintain a frequent and active relation with partners via:
    • Efficient and frequent communication
    • Periodical meetings/business review
    • Keep them informed about or news or changes
    • Looking and pushing for new business opportunities
  • Being owner of the commercial aspects and obtaining support for operative aspects by the AMILON CLIENT MANAGEMENT team.
  • Working in unity with the other sales teams to ensure a unified approach for partners, ultimately achieving the goals of the commercial strategy and revenue goals.

TO HAVE A GOOD MATCH

THE CANDIDATE MUST HAVE:

  • Spanish mothertongue, english (spoken and written) and Italian nice-to-have
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in B2B business management or development

The candidate will be part of Amilon Business Development BU in AMILON IBERIA offices and will be responsible for the acquisition and maintenance of the new clients in the Spanish market via the following activities:

  • Gaining a deep understanding of the Global Gift Card Business with specific focus on the SPANISH market,
  • Defining a sales strategy in collaboration with the team and the manager,
  • Managing the whole sales cycle from leads qualification to opportunity creation and closure, passing through these intermediate steps of the sales funnel:
    • Needs analysis
    • Commercial proposal and negotiation
    • Prospect commitment
    • New client activation
  • Active clients management from a commercial point of view and supported for operational aspects by the AMILON CLIENT MANAGEMENT team.
  • Scouting new brands to be onboarded in Amilon Spanish E-gift card catalogue coming both from strategic internal decisions, and from relevant Clients’ requests
  • Working in unity with the other sales teams to ensure a unified approach for customers, ultimately achieving the goals of the commercial strategy and revenue goals.
