We are looking for a new Business Development Manager France

The candidate will report to the Head of Global Business Development and will be responsible for the French market business development expansion, via the following activities:

· Gaining a deep understanding of the Global Gift Card Business, specifically on the French market

· Defining a sales strategy with the aim of targeting new B2B outbound leads

· Managing the whole sales cycle from leads qualification to opportunity creation and closure, passing through these intermediate steps of the sales funnel:

  •  Needs analysis

· Requirements:

· New customer acquisition skills , sales-driven approach

We are looking for a new Global Merchant Account Manager – German Speaker

The candidate will be responsible for the following activities:

· Gaining a deep understanding of our existing portfolio of Merchants and their gift card business;

· Develop and execute a retention and account growth strategy (through up-sell and cross-sell strategy);

· Work closely with the IT team to become a subject matter expert using technical knowledge to enhance negotiations with customers;

· Negotiate commercial agreements in both Italy and internationally with special focus on the DACH region;

· Collect customers needs to internally brief tailor made projects or standard products and follow their development and delivery;

· Work in unity with the other merchant team members and the wider commercial teams to ensure a unified approach for customers, ultimately achieving the goals of the commercial strategy and revenue goals;

· Work with internal departments, product, development etc. to ensure customer satisfaction and product improvements;

· Openness towards new customer acquisition task.

Requirements:

· Experience leading and developing high-value accounts;

· New customer acquisition skills;

· Demonstrable success at growing accounts;

· Highly Consultative approach to building customer relationships;

· Previous experience of working with large brands;

Ruolo

La risorsa, a diretto riporto del Responsabile New Business, si occuperà di:

  •  generazione e gestione dei leads;
  • preparazione e gestione delle offerte commerciali e relative presentazioni;
  • gestione della relazione e degli incontri commerciali con i clienti;
  • negoziazione e chiusura dei contratti.

Capacità/attitudini: forte orientamento alle vendite, comunicazione efficace, disponibilità a lavorare in team, problem solving, orientamento al cliente e al risultato, negoziazione, organizzazione, flessibilità e gestione dello stress.

We are looking for a new Front Office Specialist fluent in English to join our Customer Care Team.

Reporting to the Head of Customer Care Team, the candidate will be responsible for the following activities:

  • Reception (it requires in-office presence, save if differently advised by Amilon pursuant to Covid19 prevention regulations)
  • Coordination of the technicians involved in facility management activities (such as electricians, locksmiths, painters, cleaning staff, etc.)
  • Take phone calls from clients, vendors, consumers and anyone calling the corporate central phone number
  • Supporting administrative and secretarial tasks, which may include checking supplier invoices, data entry on client/supplier’s platforms, retrieving documents to support sales to respond to tenders or to support other Amilon functions, etc.
  • Archiving contracts and other documents, digitally and physically
  • Support employees to arrange meetings, prepare meeting rooms, procure refreshments, etc.
  • Support employees to arrange their travel (e.g. buy tickets, book hotels, etc.)

Must-have skills:
